Sep 28 – Oct 25, 2026 · vs previous 28 days · snapshot

What stands out

1. Purchases fell to zero on Oct 12.

Traffic was normal those days, so this looks like a tracking break, not a sales problem. Check your purchase tag, consent banner and recent site changes.

2. 72% of carts don't reach checkout.

Typical stores see 35%–60% make it through this step. Counted from GA4 events, not unique visitors.

3. Mobile converts at 1.0% vs 2.8% on desktop.

Mobile is 64% of your sessions, so the gap is costly. Try checkout on a phone yourself: speed, pop-ups, payment options.

4. Two products drive 55% of revenue.

Linen Throw Blanket and Ceramic Pour-Over Set carry the store. Protect their stock and ad spend, and use them to sell the rest of the range.

5. Paid Social brings 30% of sessions but 8% of revenue.

That traffic arrives but doesn't buy. Check whether the audience, the landing page or the offer is off — and what that traffic costs you.

Want this live, with Shopify, Meta and Google Ads data?

This is a one-off GA4 snapshot. A live dashboard refreshes itself and joins your orders and ad spend, so you see what each channel actually earns after costs.

1 · Connect

Google's own sign-in asks for read-only Analytics access. No account is created here, and the token never leaves your tab.

2 · Read

Your browser asks the GA4 Data API for about a dozen pre-aggregated reports: totals, daily trend, channels, devices, funnel, landing pages, products.

3 · Explain

Rules compare every segment with the site average and typical store ranges, then rank what they find by the revenue at stake.

A free GA4 e-commerce dashboard that tells you what the numbers mean

GA4 has the data a store owner needs, spread across a dozen reports that are hard to read. Looker Studio templates are free but fiddly: copy the template, reconnect the data source, fix the broken fields. This GA4 e-commerce dashboard skips all of that. It reads your property directly and lays out one fixed, opinionated view: findings first, then the KPIs, then the sections that explain them. Every number is compared with the previous period.

Conversion rate by channel, device and landing page

See which channels bring sessions but not sales, which landing pages leak, and whether mobile converts as well as desktop. Select a channel to filter the whole dashboard.

Catch broken purchase tracking

Many stores have tracking that quietly stopped working. The dashboard flags days where purchases fell to zero while traffic stayed normal, and funnels with missing steps. If your property has no purchase events at all, you'll get a traffic-only view and our guide to setting up GA4 purchase tracking.

Private by design

There's no backend. Your browser talks to Google directly, the read-only token lives only in memory, and nothing is stored once you close the tab. See the privacy policy for the details.

Frequently asked questions

Does my Google Analytics data go to your server?

No. Your browser talks to Google directly: sign-in, the property list and every report. The access token is held in memory in your tab and is never sent anywhere else. There is no server that receives, logs or stores your analytics data, and closing the tab ends the session.

What access does it ask for?

One read-only scope, analytics.readonly. The tool can read reports from the GA4 properties your Google account can already see. It cannot change settings, edit data, or touch anything else in your Google account.

What do I need for the e-commerce dashboard?

A GA4 property with e-commerce events — at minimum purchase, ideally view_item, add_to_cart and begin_checkout too. Shopify, WooCommerce and most store platforms send these through their Google integration. Without purchase events you get a traffic-only view and a guide to setting tracking up.

How are the findings worked out?

With fixed rules, not AI. Each rule checks one thing — a channel that brings traffic but not revenue, a landing page converting far below the site, a mobile gap, a funnel step below typical ranges, a big mover, a day where purchases fell to zero, revenue concentrated in two products — and estimates the revenue at stake. The top few are shown with the numbers behind them.

Why is the conversion rate different from GA4's?

This dashboard divides purchases by sessions. GA4's session key event rate counts any key event you've configured, such as sign-ups or contact forms, so it can be higher than the rate at which sessions actually buy.

Is it free?

Yes. No sign-up, no paywall. It's a snapshot: it doesn't refresh itself or store anything. If you want it live and combined with Shopify and ad data, that's a paid build.
