These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GA4 Instant Dashboard (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The GA4 Instant Dashboard is a free, browser-only tool. With your permission it reads report data from a Google Analytics 4 property you have access to, and renders a dashboard and findings locally in your browser. We do not receive or store your Google Analytics data, as described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Your Google account

You must only connect Google Analytics properties you are authorised to view. Your use of Google's services remains subject to Google's own terms. You can revoke the Service's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Submit false information or spam through the Service's forms.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Figures come from Google Analytics, which may sample, threshold or delay data, and the findings are produced by simple rules with approximate revenue estimates. They are a starting point for investigation, not financial, marketing or legal advice. Check important numbers against your store's own records before acting on them.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by its creator and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your analytics data and anything you export remain entirely yours; these Terms grant us no rights over them.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
